Eligible Cases

Returns or replacements may be considered if:

  • Wrong product was delivered

  • Product has a verified manufacturing defect

Return Request Timeline

Any return or replacement request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Products altered or modified by unauthorized personnel
  • Products without proof of purchase
  • Products showing signs of misuse

Return Process

  2. Share invoice and product images.
  3. Obtain return authorization.
  4. Ship the product as instructed by our support team.

Approved replacements or refunds will be processed after inspection and verification.
